Shipping Information

Most of our products ship in 24 hours of when the order was placed if not sooner.  Standard shipping times are 4-7 days.  If you need to receive your product faster please select 3 Day Priority Shipping during your checkout.

Please register for an account so that we can notify you of your shipping tracking information.  Checking out as a Guest then logging on or registering after an order does not tie that email address to an order.  

Return Policy

All instruments can be returned as long as they are unopened.  Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so that we can assist  you better. You can either email us at sales@indexmedical.com or contact us through our online form.
